After five years working in a Planning Advisory Centre, business owner Mark Singlehurst spent 18 years working as a Building Conservation Officer for a Midlands local authority before starting out as an independent advisor. He therefore has extensive experience of listed building controls, the listing system, historic building styles and periods and background research. Having recently worked for companies with a broader portfolio of town planning projects, he has also been able to return to assisting with a more general spectrum of planning issues.
